Intentional Communication Consultant’s Senior Partners offer their clients a rich blend of experiences from their work in the corporate, non-profit and academic communities.

George Altman has held senior management positions with several Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Compton Advertising, Liz Claiborne and Chrysler Sales Corp.

In addition to his corporate experience, George has an extensive background in psychology, having worked as a psychotherapist in hospital, community mental health settings and private practice. He has taught undergraduate psychology and holds an Ed.M Degree from Columbia University in Psychological Counseling. George is also a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

After attending The New York University Graduate School of Education in Psychology, Louise Altman worked in management positions in advertising and national non-profit organizations. She has also worked as a community mediator, public speaker, policy analyst, and lobbyist for the non-profit sector.

As senior seminar leaders for the American Management Association, George and Louise have designed and delivered programs for thousands of participants on Conflict Resolution, Building Better Workplace Relationships and Assertive Skills for Managers.
